Now more than ever before, a great cake truly is the centerpiece of your special occasion. When you choose Caked By Pat to provide cake service, you also get a work of art. For your yummy vegan cake, I'll use the best ingredients available, such as: assorted milks (coconut, rice, almond), char-free sugar, brown sugar, agave syrup, assorted flours (almond, wheat, flaxmeal, cassava) nuts and fresh fruits.

 Custom cakes are my specialty as well as: party platters, assorted cookies, cupcakes and vegan french macarons. I'd love to discuss with you how to make your cake dreams come true!

Patricia Hyslop was born to married Jamaican immigrants in Brooklyn New York in 1981. Yup, She's a true a Brooklyn girl! She grew up in a famous little city called Bed-Stuy. She often enjoyed helping her grandma Cherry and aunt Coleen cook many dishes.


Patricia studied  Hospitality Management and Culinary/Pastry Arts at the New York City College of Technology, in Brooklyn NY. She completed her Walt Disney World Internship in 2000 and made life long friends. Still today, She's able to utilize some of those key lessons learned all those years ago. Providing excellent customer experiences has long been a priority. Working at amazing bakeries like, Sweet Melissa's Patisserie and Whipped Pastry Boutique has provided valuable gems that added to Patricia's talent!


Caked by Pat began as a hobby years ago, but in 2015 it turned into a budding NY home business. In April 2017, looking for a new start for her family and a new opportunity for business growth- Patricia, 11 year old son Marquis and Caked By Pat moved to Marietta Georgia. In 2019, our family became a blended family that now resides in the historic Cascade community of Atlanta. The journey hasn't been easy but it has certainly been worth the ride- we look forward to whats to come!
